As if Sriracha couldn’t get any better, now you can carry it with you wherever you go, reported SF Weekly, Nov. 7. A company called Sriracha2Go (not associated with Huy Fong brand) has created a new pocket-sized bottle. The bottle carries 1.25 fluid ounces, stands a mere 4.5 inches high and 1.6 inches across. That’s enough rooster sauce to get you through a day’s worth of meals! What’s more is that the portable bottle clips directly onto your keychain or bag. How convenient!
No more going anywhere without your beloved sauce. No more settling for mere Tabasco or ketchup at the local breakfast diner. No more craving for the rooster sauce to grace your late night pizza slice or even french fries. Even at the movie theater, popcorn will have its appropriate spice.
The Daily Meal suggested the bottle as a hot stocking stuffer item. Sure, sure, we haven’t gotten past Thanksgiving yet but stores are already getting geared up for the holidays. Even Starbucks is selling its advent calendar and other items as the holiday approaches. Grab the perfect gifts while there’s still time! Especially this. It may very well be the best keychain ever.
The bottle is cheap enough for your secret santa gifts at the office, too. At just $7 online (or $15 for 3 bottles) you won’t break the bank. Further, if you have a lot of people to get stocking stuffers for, it’s just $35 to get ten bottles. That’s just $3.50 each to tickle a bunch of rooster sauce loving friends. You can even keep a bottle for yourself.
The sad news is that the bottles don’t come pre-filled but most Sriracha lovers have a big bottle of the stuff at home. Just fill the bottle when needed and carry it wherever you go. You can even fill the bottle with other sauces, if you so choose. No one will ever know that your bottle isn't filled with Sriracha bona fide.
